Refund policy
- Free return shipping for all U.S. customers - a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge.
- To qualify for refund, all items must be postmarked within 30 days from delivery date.
- Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition with all original tags attached, free of any smoke, make-up, pet hair and stains.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days and refunded back to original form of payment and will be credited back per the issuing bank or credit card company terms.
- Original shipping cost (if applicable) will be deducted from refund amount.
- We cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size/color in stock to exchange. We cannot set items aside for exchanges. Any items that we do not have in stock will automatically be processed as a refund
- No restocking fees.
- Jewelry, accessories, intimates, shoes, clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return.
- International orders are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- If you feel you received a damaged or defective item, please contact customer service within 3 business days of delivery date.
- Oriana Lifestyle is not responsible for non Oriana Lifestyle items mistakenly returned. Any such items may or may not be recovered by customer.
